Italian Cream Cake~

Found this recipe for Italian Cream Cake on Pinterest and wanted to make it for the newest Bake A Wish cake for an elderly gentleman's birthday.  It was so yummy (I reserved some of the batter and made a few cupcakes to sample!).  The only thing I would do differently next time is make a traditional cream cheese frosting.  This frosting tasted more like unsweetened cream cheese for bagels rather than a sweet, subtle cream cheese frosting, but it was still very good.
